If you have placed an order with the incorrect address, you can correct the address at http://checkout.google.com. You can also check your order history there.
Regarding late, lost, or damaged deliveries: While we do pack our editions carefully, protect them with heavy duty cardboard, and mark them "do not bend," some prints manage to get damaged, especially in big urban areas with small mailboxes and grumpy postal delivery people. If you have a small postbox, please warn your postman that a print that should not be bent will be arriving soon. Please refer to our return policy if your package has been damaged.

Why is the fee I'm charged for shipping is higher than the postage paid on my envelope? The USPS charge for postage only. Our charges are for shipping and handling. Handling costs include the cost of packing materials as well as the fees we're charged by the fulfillment house that stores, packs and ships our orders.
Why don't you offer USPS First Class shipping as an option? We gave that a try when we first launched, but quickly learned our lesson. Our prints are both limited edition AND extremely inexpensive - we're not able to absorb the cost of replacing prints, nor can we produce additional prints once an edition is sold out. First class mail is more economical but basically feature free - there's no tracking, and the handling is a bit rough and tumble for fine art prints. We ended up dealing with a lot of prints that were lost, delayed or damaged. This led to unhappy customers and unhappy us. We want your print to arrive safe and sound! It's worth more than what you paid for it, we promise.
