Shipping & Returns

Packing

We pack our art with extra care to prevent against damages, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions.

Unframed Art

Artwork 11"x14" and smaller in size is placed in protective sleeves and shipped in sturdy envelopes between cardboard and chipboard. Artwork larger than 11"x14" is also stored in protective sleeves but is usually shipped in tubes. If you want your larger artwork shipped flat, we can do it; please contact support@20x200.com (additional handling fees may apply).

Framed Art

All framed art is carefully packed by hand with cardboard fitted around the corners and plenty of bubble wrap to prevent any nicks or scratches or other damage while in transit. Securely wrapped framed art is then shipped in heavy-duty boxes.

Domestic Shipping

20x200 ships everywhere within the United States.

Please note: 20x200 art is not kept in the inventory of the Jen Bekman Gallery in New York and cannot be purchased there. With advance notice and a scheduled appointment, we may be able to make artwork 16"x20" and larger available for viewing at the gallery for interested collectors. Please contact collector@20x200.com if you'd like to see one of our larger works in person.

Rates

The rates below are for domestic shipments within the U.S. only. See International Shipping for shipments outside the U.S., wherein rates vary by country.

Art Only

We offer flat shipping and handling rates and use USPS as our primary carrier. The exception to this standard rate is for art 30"x40" and up, which we ship FedEx 2Day in a tube for $100 (including insurance).

Shipping Times

We email a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way. All framed art is shipped individually and is shipped separately from unframed art.

Art Only:

Unframed artwork generally ships within 5 business days of your completed order and usually arrives 1 to 5 days after it leaves our shipping facility.

Framed Art:

Most of our framed art is made-to-order and takes additional time. Framed art is delivered within 3-4 weeks of your order. Framed art is delivered via FedEx ground and arrives 1-5 days from the shipment date.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Framed Art:

Framed art from our RTS inventory typically ships the next business day after your completed order. RTS framed art is delivered via FedEx Ground and arrives 1-5 days from the shipment date.

Expedited Shipping

Art Only

We offer FedEx 2Day and Fedex Standard Overnight delivery for additional charges that are calculated at checkout and based on your zip code and size/weight of your order.

Framed Art

We currently do not offer expedited shipping on made-to-order framed art. If you need an expedited shipment, consider our inventory of Ready-to-Ship framed art, or contact our framing department at framing@20x200.com.

Expediting Combined Orders

If you purchase both framed and unframed artwork in the same order and select an expedited shipping option, only the Ready-to-Ship items will be expedited, made-to-order framed art will not. You will only be charged additional shipping fees for what is expedited.

Combined Shipping

Art Only

8"x10" and 11"x14" artworks are shipped together. Artwork 16"x20" and larger is always shipped individually in tubes. Unless expedited shipping is requested, the order is not shipped until all 8"x10" and 11"x14" artwork is ready.

Framed Art

All framed art is shipped individually and cannot be combined with other shipments.

Tracking Shipments

Track shipments by copying and pasting tracking numbers from your shipping confirmation email into any search engine. The search will return the shipment tracking page for the carrier delivering your package.

Why is the fee I'm charged for shipping higher than the postage paid on my envelope?

The USPS or FedEx charges are for postage only. Our charges are for shipping and art handling. Art handling costs include the cost of packing materials and the care and labor that is involved in processing, handling the artwork and packing and shipping each piece of art.

Missing Shipments

While shipments are tracked, occasionally some do go missing. The vast majority of "lost" shipments are merely delayed and do turn up within 7 days of shipping. If your tracking info says the shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, contact the carrier directly. If your shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact support@20x200.com and include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll send you replacement art if it has not sold out; if the art is sold out, we will refund your purchase.

Other shipping issues can be traced back to incorrect addresses. Please make sure that your shipping address is up-to-date before placing your order. Purchaser is responsible for extra shipping costs if a package has been returned to 20x200 marked "insufficient address" and we need to resend the order due to an address input error.

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not currently ship framed art internationally, but we are working to be able to do so in the future.

We currently ship USPS to all locations listed in the chart below, and the corresponding fees apply for individual prints. Please note: All prices are in U.S. dollars. If your location is not included in this list and you'd like to order 20x200 art, email support@20x200.com.

Customs Fees

All of our art is shipped from the U.S. and may be subject to customs duties not included in the art price or our shipping and handling fee. Customs duties are set and collected by the government of the country where your order is delivered, not by 20x200. Unfortunately, we can't discount or alter customs duties in any way or reimburse you for them. We declare packages as printed posters for the value of the artwork and cannot change the declaration to say anything else.

Combined Shipping

If your order contains multiple 8"x10" and/or 11"x14" artworks, the extra shipping cost of each additional print is $3. If your order contains multiple artworks 16"x20" and larger, each artwork is shipped in an individual tube at the individual cost as outlined in the table above.

Shipping Times

Actual arrival timing varies due to customs requirements within each receiving country.

Tracking Shipments

USPS shipments cannot be tracked once they enter foreign customs. Please contact your local post office to track your shipment.

Missing Shipments

Art must clear customs, so shipping times may be slightly longer than estimated. If your tracking info says the shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, contact your local post office. If your shipment is confirmed as lost by your post office, please contact support@20x200.com and include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue (including the postal response). We'll send you replacement art if it has not sold out; if the art is sold out, we will refund your purchase.

Returns

General Return Procedure

It's our goal to make 20x200 a great experience for every collector. We're pretty sure that once you have art from 20x200 in your hands, you'll be happy. However, if you're not thrilled with your purchase, let us know.

All return inquiries should be sent to support@20x200.com with the subject line "Return Inquiry:" followed by your 20x200 order number. Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. We're sorry, but we cannot refund gift certificate purchases.

Returns With 14 Days

Inquiries about returns for a refund of the purchase amount must be made within 14 days from the date your art was marked delivered by the carrier.

Returns or Exchanges Within 90 Days

We want to make sure that you get art you love. That's why we'll exchange your framed or unframed art, or return it for store credit, for up to 90 days from the date your order was delivered.

Flawed Art

We work with artisan printers to make gorgeous, exhibition-quality prints and every print is inspected before shipping. Very, very rarely a flawed print is shipped to a collector; please inspect your art right after it arrives. If you do spot a defect, please contact support@20x200.com for instructions and we will issue a replacement print within 14 days.

Damaged Deliveries

In the unfortunate event that your purchase has been damaged during transit, please contact support@20x200.com as soon as possible to rectify the situation. We require proof of damage via digital snapshot. As all art is part of limited editions, we can't replace damaged art if an edition has sold out. If the artwork is damaged in shipping and the edition has sold out, we will refund your purchase. Please use the following procedures when contacting us about damaged deliveries:

Art Only

We'll replace damaged art right away. There's a quick and easy process for this, but if you have any questions or need reassurance, please email support@20x200.com.

  1. First and foremost: hold on to your 20x200 Certificate of Authenticity!
  2. Destroy your damaged art by either tearing it or cutting it in half.
  3. Snap a digital photograph of the destroyed print and email it to support@20x200.com with the subject line "Returns Inquiry: Order #[input your number]"

Framed Art

We will replace the complete framed artwork at no additional cost to you.

  1. Contact support@20x200.com with the subject line "Returns Inquiry: Order #[input your number]" and a brief explanation of the problem. We may require a photo of the damaged shipment and/or the damaged frame.
  2. 20x200 will provide a shipping label for you to return the entire purchase.
