GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please excuse the legalese, but we want to be clear about all the gift certificate rules. If you have questions about any of these rules please email support@20x200.com.

Redemption

Gift Certificates can only be redeemed at 20x200.com for the purchase of prints.

Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will remain on the recipient's Gift Certificate until redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

Limitations

Holders of Gift Certificates must hold Google Checkout accounts in order to redeem them. There is no fee for creating a Google Checkout account, but a credit card is required. Google Checkout can be accessed directly at: http://checkout.google.com

Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Certificates cannot be applied to purchases at Jen Bekman Gallery or any other Jen Bekman Project.

Gift Certificates cannot be applied to the entry fee for Hey, Hot Shot!

Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.

Unused Gift Certificate balances may not be transferred.

Gift Certificates can only be used towards prints on 20x200.

Our Policies

Gift Certificates and their use on the 20x200 website are subject to 20x200 | Jen Bekman Projects' general policies. 20x200 | Jen Bekman Projects may provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Don't lose your Gift Certificate! It's a valuable good and once it's gone, it's gone. Sorry!

Fraud

20x200 | Jen Bekman Projects will have the right to request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the 20x200 website.

Just don't try to pull a fast one on us, alright?

Limitation of Liability

20x200 | Jen Bekman Projects makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Certificate/Gift Certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such Gift Certificate.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warrantied or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

General Terms

20x200 Gift Certificates are issued by Jen Bekman Projects. When you purchase, receive or redeem a 20x200 Gift Certificate, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Certificate terms and conditions. 20x200 | Jen Bekman Projects reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
