More About Buying Gift Certificates:

1. Your transaction will be completed in Google Checkout (if you don't have an account, you will be asked to set one up).

2. After you complete the transaction, Google Checkout will send you an order confirmation email.

3. Once Google Checkout clears your order, you will receive an email from 20x200 with a secret code and gift-certificate redemption instructions which you can forward to the person receiving the gift.

4. You have the option to forward the gift certificate to the recipient by email or you can print out a gift certificate. Please note: the person receiving your gift certificate will have to set up a Google Checkout account in order to redeem it.

If you don't see our email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it's not there you can email us at helpme@20x200.com to verify the purchase.

How To Redeem A Gift Certificate

1. The gift certificate holder adds art to his/her 20x200 shopping cart.

2. Then, he/she selects "Use a Gift Certificate" in the shopping cart, enters the secret code and his/ her email address, and completes the transaction in Google Checkout.

3. The certificate value is calculated in Google Checkout. We always apply the maximum amount available on the gift certificate toward the print(s) selected. If there is a balance left over, the remainder may be used on a future purchase using the same code.
