Born in London in 1975, Charlie Crane has been an advertising and editorial photographer since he was 20, photographing campaigns for Sony and Ford. Editorial clients include the New York Times Magazine and W.
His work has been widely exhibited, including several pieces at the National Portrait Gallery in London, and honors include a Kodak Gold Award for portrait photography.
In 2007, Crane had work on display at Bloomberg New Contemporaries, was the winner of the IPA Lucie’s Deeper Perspective award, was included in 2007’s Flash Forward Emerging Photographers and published a book titled Welcome to Pyongyang (Chris Boot Publisher).
Crane is currently living and working in London.
