Derek Henderson is a fashion and portrait photographer living between Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand.
His work has been published in I-D Magazine, Arena Homme Plus, Exit, Australian Vogue, Australian Harper’s Bazaar, Casa Abitare and World of Interiors.
Henderson has published two books to date: The Terrible Boredom of Paradise, self-published in 2005 and Mercy Mercer, published by Michael Lett in 2009.
He was selected as a 2008 Hot Shot and had his New York debut solo exhibition at Jen Bekman Gallery in 2010.
