Greg Lindquist received an MFA in painting and an MS in art history from Pratt Institute in 2007. His work has been recently reviewed in Art in America, ARTnews, the New York Sun, the New York Observer, the Brooklyn Paper and NY Arts Magazine. Lindquist has had solo exhibitions at McCaig-Welles Gallery in Brooklyn, NY (2007); Elizabeth Harris Gallery in New York, NY (2008); NCSU College of Design (2008); and Bethel University in St. Paul, MN (2008). A solo exhibition, Brooklyn Industry, was held at Brooklyn Academy of Music in March 2009. He has been in group exhibitions at Elizabeth Harris Gallery (2008), Brooklyn Arts Council (2007) and Sikkema Jenkins & Co. (2006).

Inspirations: Friends who are farther along in their creative careers and doing well: Anthony Goicolea, Ryan McGinness, Will Cotton, Ati Maier, Wells Tower.
Favorite Foods: Anything vegetarian cooked with fresh vegetables, usually in my or a good friend’s kitchen.
