When I start a painting, I like to imagine myself as a traditional landscape painter, painting the hillside or ocean. My paintings then take a turn into the abstract but all have this similar starting point. I explore concepts of balance, forever, expansion, fear, and movement all within my work.
In my practice, I paint on many paintings at once so each painting feeds and relates to the next. Similar images appear and reappear in series that sometimes last several years, and often, with time, the meaning of the image will completely change.
My paintings tell my stories. By leaving them abstract and simple I also challenge the viewer to bring their own story to the work.

These prints are created using archival pigment inks on 100% cotton rag paper with a matte finish.
Our quoted dimensions are for the size of paper containing the image, not the printed image itself. We do not alter the aspect ratio, nor do we crop or resize the artists' originals. All of our prints have a minimum border of .5 inches to allow for framing.
Note: This is a square image so there will be a large white border on one side of the print.
